If I buy a program, can I watch the video multiple times?

Yes, with most videos. On the purchase page of most videos it says: “Buy this video once. Watch it unlimited times.” When you buy such a program, the video will appear in your account and you can watch it later as many times as you want.

I don’t see the video in my account.

There might be a couple reasons you don’t see the video you purchased in your account:

A) It may take a few minutes for the payment to process before the new program will become available in your account. Please try again in a few minutes.

B) When you purchase a program, it will be associated with the email account that you used at checkout. If you log in using a different email address, you will be unable to see the video there. You must log in with the email you used at checkout to see it.

Do I have to create an account before buying the video?

You don’t have to have an account before buying the video. When you make a payment, you will be asked to enter your email address. An account will automatically be created and login information will be sent to that email.

I didn’t receive a video password.

You don’t need a password to watch. Once you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. You can then log in to your account, where images of your purchased videos will be displayed. Just click on the video image and enjoy.
