Orchestra of Shen Yun’s Third Dance Company Weekend Chamber Concert (OCT 1, 8PM ET)

Featuring musicians from the Orchestra of Shen Yun’s Third Dance Company, this concert is 80 minutes long and is comprised of nine performances of classic works and virtuosic showpieces.

The concert includes music by Wieniawski, Saint-Saens, Pryor, Glinka, Arban, and Paganini, as well as traditional erhu and pipa solos. It also features a special arrangement of Li Bai’s timeless poem “Drinking Alone Under the Moon,” performed by the entire orchestra.

Musicians include bassoonist Gabriela Gonzalez-Briceno, trombonist Alistair Crawford, erhu soloist Linda Wang, and many other of the orchestra’s young stars.
