Credit for this astute observation goes to Eric Robins, who is, as far as we can tell, the first person in the world to discover the obvious parallel: “Flavors go wide. Flavors go deep, and sharp, spicy. It’s alive… you don’t know where you’re gonna end up.”And Mr. Robins is a recognized authority when it comes to Asian food and music. Before joining Shen Yun he lived in South Korea, performing as the principal trumpet for Daegu Symphony Orchestra. He has since spent a decade performing with Shen Yun’s dance and symphony orchestra productions around the world.And all this started when his grandfather handed him a trumpet…This is his story.
