A young couple visits a Buddhist temple to pray ahead of their upcoming wedding. Unexpectedly, an arrogant young master takes a liking to the bride-to-be. He abducts her, takes her home, shows her off to his mother, and eagerly enters the wedding chamber. But as he’ll soon discover, the temple’s senior abbot—with his unique superpowers—has already teamed up with a novice monk to try and save the day. This dance story is an original Shen Yun work that has been performed around the world. Choreographed by Gu Yuan and Jisung Kim, with music composed by D.F. and arranged by Junyi Tan, this lighthearted, entertaining story is a fan favorite!
